Support Us
There are several ways you can support our mission. Generous time and financial support keep our nonprofit organization running—we greatly appreciate every bit of reinforcement to sustain our valuable work. Every drop counts!
Make a donation.
With your one-time or recurring donation, you’re impacting the lives of parents in our community by empowering education, health, and advocacy.
Because of you, our mission, initiatives, and goals can be funded. Thank you for being a part of something important.
Maine State Breastfeeding Coalition is a registered 501c3, making your support tax-deductible.
The MSBC, through our connections and leadership, has a real opportunity to continue to grow our presence by opening up support for new families, providing education to more professionals who support families, amplifying the vital needs of new parents through policy and advocacy, and changing cultures in the workplace.
Becoming a Patron Partner will help us reach these goals!

What does my donation support?
Professional education through webinars and small events around topics such as human milk and the microbiome, addressing the formula shortage, and breastfeeding in the workplace.
Legislation that will allow more Maine families achieve their breast milk feeding goals through access to paid family and medical leave, workplace support, lactation care, postpartum health care, donor breast milk, and other systems and policies that facilitate breastfeeding.
Resource development for parents and providers like our downloadable best practices workplace toolkit meant to help optimize workplaces in Maine and empower employers to create supportive cultures for breastfeeding employees.
Sponsors a prospective provider from a marginalized community to receive lactation support education. Training can be expensive and we desperately need more counselors to support nursing parents.
